Exchange/Return policy

We have a 3 day Exchange/Return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.To start a Exchange/Return , you can contact us at Sale@writeablequran.in

If your Exchange is approved, we’ll send you a new Writeable Quran. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, store credit will be issued that can be used to purchase products from our store. Refunds are provided only in exceptional cases, as returns are limited.
